It's really difficult finding suitable supplements for my vegan daughter, but then I haven't researched much, so it helped enormously that these were actually labelled as suitable for vegans. It made searching much easier! She has been feeling tireder than usual. I know she works long hours and sometimes struggles to sleep, but also a recent blood test showed her iron was low.
