Absolutely love this case, and believe me, I’m picky about my phone cases. TORRAS has exceeded my expectations in more than one way.I had purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro Max last month and set out to find the right case. I ordered one that was very similar to the one I had on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and ended up disappointed. The kickstand didn’t operate properly and was difficult to even pull out from the case. I saw a customer with a O ring case that I liked so I started shopping. The one thing I kept noticing as I read reviews from multiple companies/products is that people kept saying very positive things about TORRAS customer service and quality of product so I decided to give this case a shot.It was easy to install, and felt like quality material to protect my phone. I got to test that theory 2 days later when my phone fell out of my sweater pocket at work. The case did its job and no damage was done to the phone, or the case. The button all work great and I don’t have to struggle to use any of the phone’s built in features/buttons.The best part about this case to me is the magnetic O ring. It works great with MagSafe chargers and did not hinder or interfere with charging my phone. But even better that is the fact that the O ring is a strong magnet and will stick to a good metal surface. This has been great for my downtime at work. I can stick my phone to the metal backboard in my working area and watch a video or a podcast, etc.Of course, the O ring is also a 360° rotatable kickstand too. I was pleasantly surprised at the various angles I was able to put my phone in while testing this feature.So, as to their customer service portion, and this is what I found most important about this purchase, they are amazing. I went to register the warranty for the phone case and received a PERSONAL email from their customer service making sure I was happy with the product. I replied that the reviews on Amazon had mentioned how great their customer service and ended up being the reason I chose TORRAS. The representative had misunderstood my email and thought I was reporting a problem with the purchase. She replied immediately that they would send me a replacement case. I cleared up the misunderstanding but was flabbergasted at how fast they replied to me. Believe me, that is extremely rare with sellers in my experience. So they get an A+ from me for customer service.So overall, this case is as a great value for me quality vs pricing. It’s very lightweight and functional. I will definitely purchase more products from TORRAS in the future.

The feel of the case is much better than expected. I thought it would be slippery to hold since it is smooth all over, but it is actually very easy to hold. The design is beautiful and with it being clear, it allows the beauty of the phone to still show through. I will be using the phone and case outdoors a lot so I am curious to see how well it will hold up after a lot of sun and dirt exposure. I do a lot of hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing and chose this case with the stand to film my activities. I usually set up a tripod, but having the stand will allow me to film things more easily. My tripod uses maglock and the maglock on this case is very strong which has been very nice when I use it this way. While my initial plan on using the stand was for filming purposes, I have found it to be perfect for watching videos especially when I am in my camper van. There is no TV in the van so the stand is perfect for watching videos when I am doing dishes or eating meals. The stand is more robust than expected and I am hoping it lasts a long time. I was worried it wouldn't hold up to the activities I like to do. Time will tell but I am optimistic.

This year I splurged and got the spin stand, which seems to be a new offering. The case is slightly slick in my opinion. But this brand is durable, very durable. I like the kickstand except for having not found a way to position it so that my phone sits at enough of an angle to my liking. The phone sits pretty much straight up and down, horizontally or vertically. I have not tried the MagSafe charging feature as I don’t have any of those types of chargers. I deducted 1 star for the slickness and kickstand positioning. This is more expensive than it needs to be.

Torras customer support is great! Phoebe from customer support sent me a replacement case after my original case unfortunately developed a crack. The replacement came quickly and I didn’t have to worry about my phone being naked for a few days.Overall the case is great value for the money. It’s sleek and offers great protection. The stand is sturdy and it supports my phone well without tipping over. It’s a great alternative to a standard, simple case! I never realized how useful it is to have a stand for my phone until I purchased this one 🙂. Don’t hesitate to buy this!
