Delicious. First time trying black garlic and I must say it is a new staple ingredient for our household. The quality seems great it’s buttery soft and smells wonderful. I highly recommended it.

It's delicious and sweet

I purchased this black garlic with absolutely no expectations. I use garlic as much as possible in my cooking, mainly Indian dishes but also I love to cook whole heads of garlic soaked in olive oil and spread the resulting soft paste onto fresh French loaf slices with cream cheese and chives, its amazing! Anyway I had never tied Black Garlic but always up to try something new ordered a pack. When it arrived the garlic felt soft almost sponge like which made me a little wary of eating it. I peeled back the skin and proceeded to slice the garlic adding it to a salad I had just prepared. The taste was amazing way better than eating raw cloves of plain garlic, no sharp taste just a slightly sweet unique flavor that was surprisingly delicious. Now I add it to nearly every dish I cook, I even add it to my morning protein shake.

I really like this black garlic. The sweetness is just right and not to strong aroma of garlic. I eat this as a supplement to strengthen my immunity during winter.

I tried this version of black garlic to use in stews . I heard that you can eat these so I tried. The garlic flavor is not over the top and it has a slight sweet flavor. The product was exactly as described but it is not for me. I prefer the Black garlic already dried. This has nothing to do with the product itself. Quality was great. Size is great but I haven’t figured out how to cook with this. I love experimenting with flavors.

This stuff is delicious and its so good for you. I l9ve to throw a few in the pan with whatever im cooking.. I just reordered

専用電気釜を買い、ニンニクを購入し、電気代と２週間も時間をかけて黒ニンニクを作っていましたが、戸来黒ニンニクのようにはいきません。訳ありとはいえ、大きめの粒が揃っていて、乾燥しすぎや過度の水分もなくしもなく、良心的で完璧な商品と評価したい。美味しいので１kg近く（３回）リピートしています。口当たりが良くて食べ過ぎになりそうです。

初めての黒にんにくでした。食べやすくて匂いも気にしなく無理なく続けられそうです

青森産の黒にんにくは色々と取り寄せ賞味しましたが、 理想の黒にんにくと出会いました。 程よい硬さと、にんにくの香りが好きです。 粒は多少のバラツキもありますが、私には許容範囲ですね。
