I am a big fan of whiskey and have a budding collection. This is a must for me. I make sure to restock whene er I'm coming to the end of the bottle. It has a very easy taste and very little harshness while still having quite a deep flavour due to the cherry cask. I would highly recommend to whiskey fans and also those who are new and just trying to get into whiskey. Is also a perfect gift. I have given bottle to both my father and a close friend and both came back saying how good it was. Which is very rare for my dad.

Fabulous whisky..

Bought this as a present. My hubby loved it

I bought this as one of my husbands birthday presents, he loves it. It comes in a gorgeous bottle, and he says it’s one of the best whiskys he’s ever had.

Whilst I don't proclaim to be an expert, when I sampled the Cigar malt I was incredibly impressed with the taste and smoothness of the dram- soft flavours that were savoured for some time after. Thoroughly enjoyable and will be looking at completing the collection as soon as I am able. would be extremely grateful to have this as a gift

Pleasantly rich taste, with a slight after kick. The cask comes through, but still tastes like whisky. Not sure it’s worth the £73 though, I’d want something more distinctive for my money, but will be replaced once I finish the bottle, which I wouldn’t say about every whisky I’ve bought.

Eccellente, profumato e molto gradevole

Très bon whisky, assez intense, rond, suave et légerement sucré en fin de bouche. IDe ce fait, il peut être servi à l'apéritif comme en digestif.

Der Cigar Malt ist ein feiner Whisky, der wie der Name schon sagt, recht gut zu einer gehaltvollen Zigarre passt. Man kann ihn jedoch auch ohne Zigarre geniesen :-)

🥃 Fruchtig, edel und komplex: Ein Genuss für die Sinne Ich habe mir diesen Single Malt gegönnt, da ich ein großer Fan von Whiskys mit Portwein-Finish bin. Der Tropfen ist unglaublich weich und bietet ein faszinierendes Aromenspiel. Schon in der Nase bemerkt man die süße Schwere. Geschmacklich dominieren deutliche Noten von Beeren und Trockenfrüchten, die wunderbar mit einer cremigen Karamell-Note und einem Hauch von Schokolade harmonieren. Der Einfluss der Portwein-Fässer ist klar erkennbar und verleiht dem Whisky eine schöne Tiefe und Farbe. Der Abgang ist langanhaltend und angenehm warm, ohne dabei scharf zu sein. Für mich ist es der perfekte Begleiter für einen entspannten Abend oder als besonderer Schluck zu festlichen Anlässen. Positiv: Hervorragendes Geschmacksprofil (Beeren, Trockenfrüchte, Schokolade) Sehr weich und angenehm zu trinken Edle Geschenkverpackung, optisch ein Hingucker Schöne Farbe und langer Abgang Perfekt für Liebhaber süßerer Finishes Negativ: Absolut nichts auszusetzen, ein Genuss Fazit: Ein exzellenter Whisky, der durch seine fruchtige Komplexität und die schokoladigen Nuancen besticht. Wer Tropfen mit Portwein-Charakter mag, wird diesen hier lieben. Absolute Empfehlung! – 5 Sterne.

This is a supeb whiskey, certainly one of the smoothest I have ever had) for the price point. I tried it first without a cigar and it was really good but with a decent cuban cigar the taste profile changes and is even enhanced (which I didn't think was possible) I have never had a dalmore before so wasn't sure of what to expect, though I did here that they are easy going, which I can vouch for there ais hardly any peaty or smoky flavours and it is smooth like an XO cognac. I guess die hard fans of Auper smokey whiskies may not appreachiate this and esspecialy for the price, but for me it is perfect.
