Certainly didn't work for me
Returned for a refund as I felt it performed quite poorly. I have a Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser which is superb and absolutely blasts everything out of your teeth, but it makes a right mess with water everywhere and as I have no electrical outlet in my bathroom I have to use it over the kitchen sink. I bought this thinking it would be a tidier solution and I could actually use it in the bathroom. Well on the second point it definitely scores. The cordless function is spot on and very convenient. When I used it however I found that the tiny 'puffs' of air and some water spray really didn't shift food from the admittedly small gaps in my teeth. I had to go over and over the same gap and still it didn't clean like I wanted it to. Instantly returned to Amazon as for me it just didn't do the job required. Maybe with bigger gaps between teeth it might be a good purchase for someone.

Very disappointed as this is not the level of service I ...
This item did not work even after full charge. I requested a pick up on 4 April and this did not happen despite being told it would be picked up the following day. Now it's 6th April and no sign of pick up or even the courtesy of a notification as to why this has not happened. Very disappointed as this is not the level of service I have had in the past. Makes me think there is no customer service.Good idea might be for someone to contact me?????????????

Philips Sonicare flosser.
I’m going to give this Sonicare 5 stars, after reading the other reviews about the battery failing after a short time I’m willing to accept that the battery unit might have been improved by now.It really does feel like it does a good job, with a really good squirt of water forced between my teeth, I’m really impressed with the action. Just got learn how to keep my mouth closed to avoid splashing the mirror :)Highly recommend this unit. Well done Philips.

Hasn't really worked for me, ended up using floss again due to this not doing the job
I hate flossing so when I read the reviews I thought this could be a game changer for me. I've used it for a few months as instructed, found it easy to use but kind of feel like it is best for people with gaps in their teeth, most of mine are so close together the jet doesn't get through, I can't be the only person that thinks this! As it happens the poor performance of this thing has actually made me reach for the floss and do the job right and this has been chucked to the back of a bathroom cupboard to accumulate some black mould in the reservoir.Waste of money for me, feel like it's a bit of a gimmick.

Less time at the dentist
I have been using this for about a year now. After a few months I had my first checkup and was told my gums were in good condition - no signs of them receding as was always the case in the past. There was no need for the uncomfortable cleaning around my gums that was always previously needed no matter how much care I tried to take. At the following visit the dentist has dropped me down to less frequent checkups. If the Flosser keeps working it will pay for itself in the end, but is worth it already as it is quicker and more effective than the fiddly brushes or floss in my experience. It takes a little getting used to and can be slightly messy, but for me the benefits massively outweigh any of those points. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again.

Good Product.
There are a great many reviews for this product, very mixed. Thought i'd give it a try. So glad i did. No more fiddly bits of string anymore, or splits in side of mouth. It works very effectively. Definately feels a lot fresher after use, especially in conjunction with the Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. It is quick and efficient. Only downside id mention is - if you have tightly packed teeth, it doesnt work as efficiently, as the water doesnt penetrate as it could do if you have wider spaced teeth.I found it didnt work so well on the lower front teeth, all the rest were very efficient.Overall though, although somewhat pricey, it is a good buy and im glad i decided to purchase it. Much quicker than floss when one is tired at the end of the day.

Great aid for oral hygiene.
I have a Sonicare Diamond toothbrush for the last year and was really looking forward to having this to join to my collection. I do like the AirFloss, my only debate is that I don't know whether its working? My gums still bleed when using, but after reading reviews this is common for a while. I do feel better about my oral hygiene after using it, I just can't tell if my teeth are benefitting just yet! I only wish it had a travel case like the toothbrush does, as I like to take things with me during weekends away.

When it's working it's great, but....
So happy I took a change and tried this. I always hated flossing but this is so easy and has made a huge difference to my gums. Where they would bleed if I used a manual toothbrush in the past, this is no longer the case, and my mouth feels so much cleaner.Update: 3 months later and it's broken (won't switch off - I had to leave it in a towel to muffle the noise, in the sink until it wore itself out).So frustrating. When it works it's great, but it's a very expensive item if you have to keep replacing it.This was also the second AirFloss I purchased. The first one would not take a charge at all and was returned for a replacement.
