Works great! Very easy to put together and use.

I bought this and it works fine with Dewalt Li-Ion batteries. All the functions work as advertised, and it seems a solid tool. The opening is not really 2 inches -- you can't fit a 2 inch wide branch fully inside the jaws. It is really a 40mm tool, but a good one at that. It will struggle to cut through anything over about 1-1/4 inches in diameter in one go -- especially if it has dried out and gotten harder than green wood. The seller is very responsive and does provide after-sale support -- I recommend them. I eventually decided to go with a different tool that is capable of working with an extension pole, which requires a makita type of battery. The seller will be getting those in eventually, but not yet.

This was a bit of a surprise, it works great, had no issues cutting branches 2". It's easy to use and the batteries that came with it last a while, so I don't need to grab my makita ones. A lot easier than loppers and trying to use my small chain saw. A great product for the price.

These are nice shears, but they have a weird bug where they stop working and you have to pull the trigger twice to get them to start again. It's really strange. Supposed to work with my makita batteries but it doesn't. Comes with its own batteries and charger though.

I used this to completely decimate an out of control shrub. Nearly every branch fit into the jaws of this thing and with enough pulls of the trigger and changes of position everything ended up severed the thinner ones being childs play. I ran a Hercules 5Ah battery and have no idea how many cuts per charge but it would be thousands probably. With a few small modifications I was able to adequately run Hercules and Bauer batteries from Harbor Freight as well as DeWalt. I prefer to save my gold bricks for tools that absolutely require the DeWalt batteries as I have been transitioning to the Hercules and Bauer tool lines. I'm extremely happy about this tool, and it's performance and consider it a "why didn't I buy this sooner" tool. After 2 way out of control shrubs I believe this runs and cuts as good as the first cut with no sharpenings.

As I get older 60+, pruning trees has gotten more time consuming. I was hesitate at first about getting electric pruners, but decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. These make pruning an ease. They are fast. The battery lasts longer than I need. Using the extension poles makes trimming the trees so easy. Safer than trying to use manual pruners especially on a ladder. So glad I bought these, I would buy again.

So far, this pruner has performed adequately. It has tremendous power; even when cutting thicker branches. I keep my finger off the trigger when not actively cutting . Battery life is good; Dewalt batteries fit perfectly. It has an option to control the opening of blades. I do not use that feature, but others might find it useful.

Works extremely well but the battery does fall off sometimes when using. Light weight and cuts very well.

What a wonderful product! The blade being SK7 just doesn't wear at all. At level 2 after cutting more than 15000 times, no wear on the blade or the pruner. I was curious and opened it and, lubrication in all the good spots was there by factory. If you want a reliable 20 Volt pruner, THIS IS THE ONE, THE SEARCH IS OVER! There are 4 levels of blade opening, I found that level 2 is the best. Even if the branches fit in the blade at level 4, if the wood is too hard, if might not go through in 1 cut but can take 2 or 3 tries. For the price and the logevity of this unit, I am very satisfied with it and strongly recommend it. Thanks MtiolHig!

Oh my god I love this machine!!!! I will recommend it to everyone. The power this little cutter has is amazing and makes my job so easy and quick without sore hands!
