Best exerciser ever, so impressed.
Arrived fast, well packed. I love this so much, why did I hesitate and not buy one sooner? It's bigger than I expected but not too big that I can't store it under the table or in a cupboard. I don't know why I expected it to be flimsy or wobbly but it wasn't it was strong and very stable. I tried using it on a chair but that didn't suit as I have short legs so the sofa worked better. I have a lot of body swelling/fluid retention because of a heart condition so not a small lady but this could handle me no problem. The pull of the machine is strong and the speeds are easily adjustable so you don't feel out of control. I was also really pleased that the foot straps and pedals comfortably fit my swollen feet. My legs have pretty bad neuropathy and my right leg doesn't work and is painful and only can lift about two inches max off the ground, I was worried to use the exerciser in case it hurt me, the initial few turns made my leg a tiny bit achy and sore as I wasn't able to exercise for so long... but! guess what? after the first short workout my leg felt warm and much more alive and I was able to walk almost pain free and put my whole body weight on it after almost two years of misery. With a little use every now and again my leg has also straightened somewhat as well. I'm so happy. Because of the fluid on my lungs and elsewhere it makes it next to impossible for me to exercise normally but after using this exerciser I feel like I had a nice little workout and even my mood improves. Would I buy again? Certainly, am I impressed? - very.

It works
Once assembled - about a 10 minute job at most - it has now been used a few times and we are very impressed. Build quality is excellent and it is vey easy to use, with various pre programmed modes to make life easier. The forward and backward action is a good way of varying the exercise and the information re distance calories burned etc is easy to follow. My size 13 broad feet fit easily into the pedals and the mat provided has held the machine steady in use on our wood floors. For the price this is fantastic value and is giving me exercise in legs that are not up to it on their own. Thoroughly recommend.

Works better without product turned on and turn it the wrong way around
It is a strange product as its intention is to have it turned on and have the machine do the work. The idea behind this is circulation for older people and those on rehab. If you don't plug in the machine, however, and use it then you can still cycle, and get some form of exercise. Something I've also notice that is if you turn the machine the opposite way round and cycle that way, so cycling in the wrong direction to how the machine was built, you can get a fair decent workout with lots of resistance, similar to that of bikes in leisure centres. So good if you use it in completely the wrong way. However, due to the weight of the product, it isn't very grounded and difficult to use.

Well made little machine
This exercise device is beautifully made, easy to assemble and use. It is every bit as good, if not better than another machine that cost twice as wuch and broke down after a few months. I'v only just tried this out for a few minures so far, but it seems to be just the job. Some people said they found the pedals too small, but if you use it in stockinged feet without the straps it should be fine. Feet don't slip off.

FEET SLIP OFF PEDALS
I cannot get my feet to stay on the pedals. The strap holds them on but when the pedals start working my feet fall off. The pedals need something at the back of them to stop this happening or should be longer. Consequently I feel its another piece of equipment that will get little use. Ok for hand exercise.

Great knee and leg exercises
Got this for the wife when she had her second knee replacement. It ment she could exercise her knee at home.

A really good piece of kit!
Used this when I was sat around doing nothing, apart from watching TV and playing Xbox. Found it very therapeutic and helped to ease my aching and restless legs. Easy to set-up, easy to use. Can't think of anything negative to say about it. Although I'm no expert, and acknowledge its limited medical benefits, I would be happy for my 78-year-old dad (and other elderly relatives) to use it, especially as it has a 'slow' setting.

It's definitely helpful for my needs.
Wednesday September 30th 2020 I bought this product in June of this year it was a bit fiddley to work out the modes to start with, but I've got it sorted (for MY needs at least) now & I can now manage 1x15mins forwards rotations OR 1x15mins backwards rotations on a moderate speed (3-4). I bought it to replace a manual version which I'd had for some time & was no longer working for me, I had hoped it would help with lower back pain/sciatica for when I actually do venture out (which isn't very often), unfortunately it hasn't resolved it but on the + side it's helping to reduce swelling in my legs & feet & I occasionally lose the odd inch on my Waist/hips depending on fluid retention. I would recommend it for gentle physio use as I have various conditions that leave me in pain on a daily basis, plus if I'm watching a TV programme/film it helps the time pass a little quicker (a definite bonus). I don't have any issues with it sliding on flooring (my floor is wooden), so when used with the mat provided I'd say it's safe to use on a moderate speed, you would have to be going at SOME speed to get it to slide which I definitely can't do.
