Coromega Kids Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement, 650mg of Omega-3s, Tropical Orange + Vitamin D, 120 Single Serve Squeeze Packets

I have a 7 year old boy with ADHD. I read that giving him Omega-3 should help with his symptoms. Not sure how true that is, but I bought this and have been giving it to him for the past 3 days. I have nothing to lose...if his ADHD symptoms do not get better, at least I know this is good for his overall health. He LOVES taking this in the morning! He says it tastes SOOOOO GOOD! He looks forward to it now. I give it to him straight from the packet to his mouth. I don't mix it with yogurt or juice or anything else (as other parents have suggested in their reviews). Since he loves the flavor by itself, there is no need for me to mix it with anything else. I will update this review if I notice any improvements in his behavior (ADHD symptoms) but for now I am very happy that he loves the flavor and has no problem taking it in the mornings :)

This product is amazing!! I have done some research on ADHD and younger kids they do not test for it. I found info that giving omega3 to smaller children will help get them on track! I AM AMAZED! as is my husband and our entire family have noticed a huge behavior change in my 3 year old! Who is normally a wild kid to begin with, he is now focused and can play with toys longer than 2 seconds! He also has better conversation skills now. After 1 week of taking this packet i noticed a huge change!! I will never run out of this product!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! and i never ever write reviews unless i love the product! This gets 5 stars EASILY!!! oh and he is not thrilled with the taste, but takes it without an argument because i reward him with a sticker each morning for taking it!! Works great!!!

I have a 3.5 year old who still was BARELY talking. We were first approached by her preschool teacher when she was 2.5 saying that she wasn't really talking like the other kids. She talked more at home than to strangers so we brushed it off. Then I did the worst thing a parent can do... I compared my daughter to other kids around her age and younger and saw that REALLY she wasn't talking as much as they were. I had heard OMEGA 3 / fish oil helped with kids speech progression and I had taken fish oil every day of my pregnancy but had quit as soon as she was born. I ordered a bottle of the fish oil I took during pregnancy and couldn't get her to take that. I tried mixing it in with other things. No dice. I tried flaxseed oil which has a milder flavor even though the brand/type I took tasted like lemon. I found another brand that another friend suggested because it tastes like a fruit smoothie... nope.. nothing off a spoon. Tried mixing it in smoothies, yogurt, ice cream, pudding etc.. no dice. Then a friend suggested THESE little magic packets. I was leery at first considering I am currently under the assumption my daughters issue is that she has heavy metal poisoning and these are little metal packets. Well.. they came and she would take them here and there but never consistently. Finally I started having her lay down on the floor to take them and she decided this was a big fun game and after a week was ASKING for the TIGER .... "RAWWWWHHHHRRRR". Just this week she asked me for a cat, begged me to take her to the playground multiple times. When I said there was too much snow she said "I have a shovel". She has finally realized there is a world outside of her, she has opinions and can contribute. She is talking way more even practicing talking. Singing all the time, playing more games and the best.. first time in her life she asked me to play with her. Music to my ears. This product has made my daughters progress step up in a matter of weeks. Please be consistent!! That is key! :)

So Coromega Kids fish oils looks to be one of the better options for omega-3s for kids. These are way closer meeting to the kids RDAs for omega-3s than SO many other scam kids omega-3 supplements out there. My 7 and 8 year old hated them, though. Maybe a consistency thing? They did have to slurp orange oil out of a ketchup-looking packet each morning... I could never bring myself to try even one packet. Anyway, we've moved on to capsules within the kids RDA range. Maybe these are better for younger much kiddos that can't swallow a pill. I'll still highly recommend them, though, based on quality and cost of the product.

I have a very hard time finding a fish oil supplement that my super taster child will take. This sounded promising, but it was another no-go. I tried it myself and had to agree. It was super fishy tasting, with a very strong (and honestly, not good tasting) citrus overlay that was unsuccessfully trying to improve the flavor. I wouldn't take this myself, either. It ended up going in the trash. Still looking for the most palatable omega supplement...she has trouble swallowing the fat nonchewables, so that's not an option either.

My son is 2.5 now has been taking these for a year. He was severely speech delayed with sensory issues and diagnosed with Autism & 5 months ago. We give a packet after breakfast & dinner & hes always liked them never says they taste bad. And hes a super picky eater-def eats no meat or fish but loves fruit. We assumed they taste like citrus fruit. Hes made immense progress, and has nearly quadrupled his focus ability & time span. Hes excelling in speech & aba therapy. Such a quick learner now! We truly saw a difference after these vitamins! When we miss a few days we can tell!!
