These are compatible with Vader 4 Pro as well. The shorter sticks are slightly taller than the Vader 4 pro's, making them compatible with the third-party thumb stick grips, without running into the adjustable dial when tilted.

Happy that these are compatible with my new Vader V4 Pro. Super easy to change, just yank out original ones and snap in new ones. I prefer having raised thumbsticks for FPS gaming.
