Such a good movie such a funny movie the picture was good. I also was able to scan something and watch it online so even if I didn’t have a DVD player, I could still watch the movie. It is a movie that you need a sense of humor, lol definitely written in a different time, but it was so funny.

The 4k transfer is very well done. A great movie this generation needs to see without needing a safe space! Make comedy great again.

The 4k release has excellent picture and sound. Worth the buy for collectors. Some fun extras including an interview with Mel Brooks where he reveals some really interesting facts behind the making of the movie.

This movie is the definition of politically incorrect. It was when it came out and is even more so today. In fact I'm a bit surprised this got a new release and wasn't "cancelled'. Content-wise I consider this one of the all-time great comedies. I've had it on Blu Ray since it came out. When the 4K steelbook was announced I preordered it immediately. You can go on various sites to read an in depth review of this release, but I concur with them that this is a fantastic 4K transfer. It's a significant improvement from the old blu ray. HDR looks great, Dolby Vision would have been nice but I'm sure they're saving that for the next anniversary edition release. LOL. I find the steelbook art to be great and much better than the photoshopped regular art.

One of the best movies, ever! Some of the best memes and "offensive" humor of our lifetime were inspired by this movie. If you don't laugh at anytime during this masterpiece, you must be dead inside. Oh, oh yeah, the movie arrived on time, no damage to the still sealed case.

What more can be said? This is the greatest satire, culture, busting comedy of all time. It may not be politically correct for these days but when it came out, it was the best!
