Excellent quality
Much heavier than expected but in a good way. Incredibley durable for my 8 year old to use. One of the lights is sort of lose fitting into the black holder but it hasn’t affected any playtime. The charge lasts a few plays and the different colors illuminate bright & beautifully! It even makes sounds. My favorite part is the single sword functionality. amazing value for the money spent.

Not great
Added a star because sellers sent a better lightsaber at their cost. We love it! Thank you for caring. Your Custer service was amazing!! Honestly the description made it sound so much better than it actually is. The sound is not accurate. The nicest part is the base where you turn it on. Decent look. But for cosplay, roleplaying? The light up part is plastic and overly stiff and unimpressive. This was a gift for someone who didn't want a cheaper lightsaber. Unfortunately I felt this is what they got and frankly I was embarrassed. For the price I have seen better that people I have known have purchased. I guess I needed to read more of the reviews.

My kids really liked this!
Great gift for kids! The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, and it’s a good price for the quality compared to others. The sound and colors are great, and they work just as advertised. Plus, they’re not heavy at all!

Entry level "real" lightsabers for kids
My son used some of his Christmas money to purchase these as he's been wanting some "real" lightsabers. The set came with two short lightsabers that are perfect for kids as well as a connector piece so you can do a double ended saber a la Darth Maul. They are rechargeable and come with USB cables, but no brick. You can change the colors on each one which he absolutely loves (his favorite combo have ben red and yellow, or ketchup and mustard as he's calling them lol). The hilts are made of metal and very sturdy, while the blades are a PVC like plastic. These have three sounds: the turn on sound, a hum noise, and an impact sound. The impact sound activates when you hit them on each other or some other surface, and you have to exert some force to get them to make the noise. The turn on sound is fine, but it's the humming noise that drives me bonkers. It's the same sound that repeats every 2-3s and while it sounds like a lightsaber, it gets annoying real quick. You can quick press the power button 3x to turn off all sounds which is super handy. The description makes it seem like you can whack these around, but if you do, be warned that they may come apart. The blade separated on one of them within the first 24 hours while he was playing with them, which left him a bit disappointed that these weren't as high quality as what his dad owns. It's easily fixed with some heavy duty glue and the other saber seems to be doing just fine, so it could just be a one off on this set. Overall, these are fun and would make great entry level sabers for your little Jedi. Just be mindful when using them and don't whack them too hard!

Not durable and broke already
Broke within a few days of use. Kids were not even really using these to “battle” and still broke. Also the buttons are flimsy and the saber portion comes loose very easily. Would not recommend, better off buying something more expensive that will last!

Fun Multi-colored Lightsabers, Decent Sound Effects, 2 Hr Battery Life, Some Blade Wobble
This is a 2 pack of lightsabers with a black aluminum hilt and polycarbonate blade. The lightsabers are turned on by holding the power button for three seconds, and there are 15 different colors that you can cycle through one at a time by pressing the power button a single time. Pressing the power button twice or three times quickly will turn silent mode on and off. The 3 "sounds modes" for these appear to be the sound when the lights sabers collide and blink, when you change colors, and when you turn them on. The length of these lightsabers including the hilt is just over 30 inches with the blade itself being 21 inches, so these are a bit shorter than other comparable similar ones available. The blinking and sound effects when the lightsabers collide is acceptable, but is not always consistent. Sometimes they blink and make noise when they collide, and sometimes they blink and make the collision sound when you swing them quickly or abruptly. Additionally, the biggest drawback to these lightsabers is that the white polycarbonate blades have a bit of play/wobble of a degree or so where they rock side to side during normal play. The assumption is this is how the sensor for the collision detection is activated, but other brands of quality lightsabers do not have the same wobble. For this reason, one star was deducted. Battery life appears to be as stated, as they were played with for over an hour without recharging them and they still worked. The bottom compartment can be unscrewed to access the batteries and wiring. These also come with a connector that allows you to attach them to form a double-bladed lightsaber, which is great and works well. Overall, these are recommended as they are fairly well-constructed and appear to be durable.
