Useless product support executive, zero knowledge on product
They didn't provide proper mounting if the camera. Normal hard case is missing. What should I do with the water proof case. I need a normal case to mount the camera. When I had a conversation with product support team. Executive said it's all that come up with. It's already mentioned in the box included item's there is nothing to discuss. That's all I returned this product

Type C charging missing that means charging time is more.
In the days of Type C this one comes with outdated micro USB due to which its not even charge faster and battery back is not that great. I would love the cam that has type C and all necessary features like lens cover type C of course necessary with good audio possibly with noise cancellation option for smoother audio on the go.
