Cooking with Stainless Steel is a learning process. Heat the pan then add your oil. Do not move meat until it begins to release. Not everyone likes stainless. I’ve been cooking for over 50 years… don’t forget to deglaze after cooking, all that brown stuff is yummy flavor for your sauce. You Can Do This!

I’ve had these for awhile now and I love them. Great quality. Durable even for someone new to cooking with stainless steel. Any burn marks or discoloration can be fixed with steel wool and bar keepers friend. I know people say wash them by hand but I’ve never had an issue throwing them in the dishwasher. Cooking in them is fun and the food is coming out better than ever! Very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend.

Seems durable, easy to wipe of large chunks and throw in the dishwasher, I use a stainless steel spatula and haven't had any scratches. You get a decent amount of pots and pans for a reasonable price!

This is a very nice set, but they are hard to keep clean. No matter what I cook in them, they don't come clean in the dishwasher without either some pre-soaking or spot cleaning after the dishwasher. Food is still stuck on them, they will have discolored spots, etc... I have some other stainless cookware from different companies that do not have this issue. One day, I notice one of my magnetic measuring spoons was sticking to pan. This usually indicates ferritic stainless steel, which may be part of the issue I am having. Those spoons don't stick to other pans.

We love this excellent set of pans. They have an appropriate weight, clean up easily. No complaints!
