Love this eye pencil. Smooth and not heavy

I was previously using the fatter Rimmel brow 'pencil pomade.' It glided on *and* kept my brows in place, but it was out of stock. Because I have had a hard time keeping it sharp due to its thick design & lack of 'wide mouth' pencil sharpeners, I opted for this thinner / more classic pencil.This goes on easily, its super simple to find a sharpener that fits this pencil, and it goes on natural-looking. I deducted one star because by the end of the day, it 'expands' a bit. Maybe I'm touching my face and not realizing it, but this pencil smudges and therefore appears to 'widen' by brows by day's end.

Extremely happy with both the eyeliner and the seller. The eyebrow pencil (which is my favorite) originally arrived broken in half inside the packaging. I requested a replacement and one was sent immediately and I have already received it. Excellent customer service!

I loved this brow pencil but major store outlets have discontinued Rimmel products.I was so excited when i found it was available on Amazon. First pencil i received worked great the rest of the ones i purchased after were complete garbage. The inside crumbles when trying to sharpen. If your lucky enough to get a point , it crumbles when applying. By the time you finish trying to sharpen there is nothing left to it but a stub for 1 or 2 uses. I even purchased new sharpeners thinking my current one may be dull. Its not the sharpener, the pencils are complete garbage. Do not purchase you will be dissappointed

My go to for years

I've used this brand for about five years and I like it. Love the color, it goes on well and stays on all day. It lasts a long time as far as usage.
