In the past year, I had developed some unhealthy digestive issues and felt like I was helpless! Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, general pain, and nausea. I saw my doctor multiple times, and he prescribed antibiotics, but even after that, something was still off. This had been going on for months! I bought these pills and thought, might as well give 'em a try. I take the maximum dosage which is 2 tablets 3x a day. I take two right when I wake up, 2 after lunch, and 2 after dinner. I have been taking them for about a month now, and ALL my digestive issues have stopped. I found relief after about a week of taking these pills. They smell like apple cider vinegar, but you do not taste much if you swallow them quickly. I definitely prefer this over taking a shot of vinegar or even mixing vinegar with water. I’m trying to diet and exercise to lose weight. But it is SO HARD WITH THE FOOD CRAVINGS AND HUNGER.
