I bought this at the suggestion of my physical therapist to help with my knee replacement rehab. It allows me to bend my knee

Good tool to use at home for recovery from knee replacement
This has worked well for exercise post knee replacement. It is easy to use, however a bit large for my small foot. I did not have any issue though with using it for my home exercises. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 due to the size of the foot placement.

Great for at home PT after knee replacement
Got this for my husband to use at home between his PT after knee replacement. This was excellent for him and helped him to stay on top of his at home exercises.

Not a good quality therapy tool
Cheaply made. Not very stable for a person who has big feet. Not worth the purchase.

Much easier than trying to slide your foot on the floor on a sock…
I ordered this for my husband because he was having problems after total knee replacement, it really helped him out because he was a little lazy about doing exercises bending his knee, this made it much easier…
