5 Star Cookeez Set!
These Cookeez Refrigerator toys are really, very unique. The idea of "making" a squishy treat, chilling it, and out pops a toy? That's awesome. My 7-year old has tried quite a few items from this line, and this one is her favorite. Its got a little bit of everything - hands-on and sensory to make the "dough", the excitement of a blind-bag style plushie to keep, the ability to have a collection when you're done. Its a quick set to complete, but so much fun to do for kids. The instructions are very easy to follow, and there is very little mess to be made. The final product for us this time was an adorable pink unicorn "cake" that makes cute noises, plus it smells so good! After the kit is made, my little one likes using the appliances for her pretend kitchen play set, which is pretty cool too. I would 100% recommend this product. What you get: 1 Refrigerator 1 powdered dough packet 1 slime "frosting" packet 1 scooper 1 accessory 1 dough cake mold 1 measuring cup What to do: Grab a bowl. Fill the measuring cup once with tap water, and add "dough" powder. Mix, mix, mix. Add dough to cake mold. Pour "frosting" over the cake, and add accessory to top it off. (Pull the 5 tabs out of the fridge before use). Set the fridge temp to -10 with the dial, and put your cake mold in. Wait about 20 seconds, and when the timer rings you will have an adorable surprise plushie pal!

Fun!
Fun experience for the kids but pricey for what it is. Cute little stuffie that makes noise which they love for their little imaginations. They have been playing with them for a year now and still working so good quality. You will need some adult supervision doing the "cooking part" for younger children!

Cute toy
It’s a cute little toy that’s easy to do and you won’t know which animal version you’ll get till you make it . It’s a mystery which is half the fun. Both my kids went crazy wanting all the cookeez stuff for Xmas for this one it was easy pull out the yellow tabs, follow the easy mixing directions (mix the packet with water till almost a wet dough consistency extremely easy my 5 year old could do it herself) put it in the mold, take it out of the mold, put the toppings on and set in the fridge, turn in timer and listen to the music once it stops your toy is done. The fridge is pretty dutiable sound is ok on it, the fridge will shake when done, the toy itself is cute, it smells like scented. I’m not a fan of scented stuff personally but will admit these aren’t that bad and actually do smell like the item there suppose to be my kids ended up getting the mint polar bear and the berry one they animal itself is semi hard, loud and vibrates/shakes it’s a decent size for what it is

So fun!
This is so fun & you can do it over & over again. The adults were more impressed than the kids! Got a few of these to gift kids, boys & girls. So worth the excitement & shock on everyone’s faces!

Do not waste money on this
My 3 year old daughter found this toy in the Amazon Christmas Toy's catalog. It was the only thing she talked about wanting for Christmas. She put it on her list. She asked Santa for it. She told everyone she talked to that for Christmas she wanted the cake maker and to make the cake stuffy. We ordered it in plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. First package was supposed to be delivered, but became delayed. Delayed. Delayed. Updates stopped arriving on the 21st from tracking, but Amazon continued to update the date of delivery saying it would be here by 21st, 22nd, 23rd, the 24th. On the 24th, the order also updated to say 'If this doesn't arrive today, check back for a refund tomorrow'. Doesn't show up. I keep checking the order. We tell our daughter 'Santa is working extra hard making your cake maker, don't worry he told us it might be late'. 4 days after Christmas the Amazon order updates that the shipment was lost and I need to request a refund or a replacement. I talk to support, tell them I need a replacement (have no idea why I need to ask for a replacement and it isn't automated, but whatever). They tell me that the product was damaged and it was returned to the vendor. Again, not sure why neither Amazon or the vendor let me know this or sent a replacment. I tell them I would like a replacement and they tell me sure. It will be delivered on the 30th and they promise it will come this time. It arrives on the 30th. However, the package is making an awful noise on repeat after a 4-5 second invterval that to me sounds like batteries dying. It scares my daughter. The noise eventually stopped. This morning (1/1), we opened it up to make it. The timer did not work. The lift (even after removing the 5 screws correctly) did not work. I had to take the entire thing apart to get the lift working. Even then, it would not disappear the cake we made, the plush would only go down and sit on top of it so both cakes were revealed. I went to the vendor website multiple times, but none of the help was useful. I finally decided to just replace the batteries and give the plush to my daughter by itself. With the batteries replaced and the plush in any of the 3 modes, it does nothing. No sound. Button doesn't work. So now she has a heavy cake plush that doesn't make any sound. She loved making the cake. She loves the plush. She doesn't understand anything that happened from wanting it to getting the cake. Waste of time and money.

I bought the Cookeez Makery Freezy Cakes for my kid, but let’s be honest—I was just as excited. This thing combines baking, surprise toys, and delicious smells in one magical little package. It’s like Willy Wonka opened a Build-A-Bear. We mixed, we waited, and then—BAM! Out pops a soft, squishy, slightly cold plushie that smells like it was baked by tiny dessert elves. Ours smelled like vanilla cupcakes and childhood joy. My kid screamed with happiness. I may have teared up. No shame. Pros: • Smells amazing • Soft and surprisingly satisfying to squish • Easy enough for kids, fun enough for adults to secretly love Cons: • I now want all my stuffed animals to smell like baked goods • My child refuses to sleep without their “freezy cake friend,” who apparently now has a bedtime story and its own pillow Overall: 10/10, would buy again. This thing is the Bake Off meets Beanie Babies, and I’m not mad about it.
