Still taking these but not sure if it works, as feel no difference

Picked these up as a bit of a health boost, especially with all the pollution we breathe in daily. While I’m not a smoker, I figured a lung cleanse wouldn’t hurt, and after a couple of weeks, I do feel like my breathing is a little clearer—whether that’s the capsules or just wishful thinking, who knows! The ingredients are all-natural, which is reassuring. No weird side effects, no jittery feeling—just an easy-to-take supplement. I’ve been using them alongside general healthy habits (more water, a bit of exercise), and it feels like they’re helping. Easy pill to swallow with no horrible after taste but not sure it’s really making any difference yet. Seems to be well packaged as would hope with such things and shown to be tamper proof. Plenty in here for a couple of months, so may see I get on.

So these arrived today, and to say they were very well packaged is an understatement. The container is tamper proof from factory sealed, and then the added packaging is several layers of plastic wrapping cling wrap sealed. So I’m pretty confident they have not been contaminated, damaged or tampered with 👍 The capsules are easily swallow coated and I didn’t have any trouble getting them down, but then I don’t have any problems taking tablets. Now the smell…well to be honest they do have a bit of a whiff to them, but that’s only detectable to me by putting my nose in a taking a sniff…I don’t find it overly pungent and hardly detectable to me when opening the lid. I didn’t notice any taste on swallowing, or aftertaste either. Maybe I’m not as sensitive to smells as others? Anyway I’ve just taken my first after my lunch, so time will tell if they have any effect on my respiratory system. I’ll also be taking note of any after effects such as bad reactions, bad breath or on bodily functions and update if that should be the case.

These come well sealed. Once opened, the bottle has a flip top lid, which I quite like. The capsules themselves are fairly large but the same size as most capsule supplements. I didn’t struggle to swallow them. As with lots of supplements, they are in a standard sized bottle so there is a lot of empty space inside meaning there’s excess packaging. This bottle could easily hold 90 or more of these capsules. Just under £15 for a two month supply (if they work), they offer quite good value. At the time of writing this review they are also available for subscribe and save which will make them even better value. I have personally struggled to take them because I really don’t like the smell. I’m very sensitive to that sort of thing but to lots of people it wouldn’t be a problem. I can only describe them as smelling unpleasantly savoury. Because I’ve struggled to take them, I can’t say whether they have been effective yet. As long as you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients, they could be worth giving them a go for a couple of months.

I could not get over the smell. I tried to take them with food and even with just water and i could not get them down because the smell and taste. It is like your tasting or smelling a teen age boys gym socks ewww

These supplements are good quality. Made in USA with some good ingredients. Easy to swallow and minimal taste. Good amount for the cost.

I am an ex-smoker and I have been trying to heal my lungs. I have heard there are products out there that can help clear up the mucus and such. So I got these hoping they will help. But you cannot believe the smell with these things. They smell like rotting fish. I cannot put them around any of my other supplements because I am afraid they will take on the smell. I don't dare carry them in my purse for fear people will think it is me. I have taken them for a couple days now, I will give it a couple of weeks and hope for the best. But you all need to do better with this smell. Sorry.
