NuGo Protein Bar, Churro, 11g Protein, Gluten Free, 15 Count

I am a Nugo girly. I have celiac so gluten free and these bars have been a staple in my house for a while. The flavor I'm into changes with the seasons and I have looooved them all at one point or another, and when I get tired of it, it stays in the back of my cabinet for a couple months and comes back out when I get bored of whatever new flavor I've changed over to. Not sure that will happen with this flavor. Seriously hands down the best one of the bunch (my original faves are the orange and churro flavors for reference) and I reach for it 9 times out of 10. Perfect caramel flavor, pretty sweet so be warned, tastes like a caramel candy bar tbh-hard to believe it's actually a decent protein source as well. Will keep it in my monthly subscription rotation for sure.

Both flavors are very good. I do not detect an aftertaste. They are soft and chewy. Carb count isn't too high, and protein count is decent. These make a good, quick snack that you can throw in your snack drawer.

Very good! I was looking a protein bar to help me quell my hunger since I've been intermittent fasting. It's great for that. The flavor is good, though a bit grainy - that's not a critique for me though, since you kinda should be expecting that with a protein bar. I have mine at around 1 PM after having breakfast at around 8 AM. I don't feel hungry again even at my usual dinner time of around 6-7 PM. So it does it's job for me and I have to rate it high for that. It can't get the full 5 stars for me since it is a little overpriced for what you're getting. Also some of the images are incorrect. The bars I received actually have 15g of Protein, not 11g! Not a complaint of course, but worth noting!

We’ve been buying these for years. They are super yummy! They taste like rice crispy treats. But with the added benefit of a little extra protein. My kids love them for breakfasts and snacks.

I first tried these protein bars during a diaylsis treatment, the nurses give these bars out to patients. To my surprise these bars are delicious and contains protein. Great buy for a person who's on a medical diet. Love these bars !

I’ve ordered these protein bars multiple times in different flavors because I really want to love them. They were recommended by my dietitian, and I agree they’re pretty tasty for a protein bar. However, almost every package I’ve received has had some kind of issue. It seems like they’re not stored in a climate-controlled environment because many of the bars arrive looking like they’ve melted, re-solidified, and repeated that cycle a few times. It doesn’t leave a great impression. In my most recent box of the chocolate flavor, four bars were already opened when I unpacked them. Considering the price, losing about 25 percent of the product is pretty disappointing. I thought about reaching out to the manufacturer, but the process looked extensive, so I’ve decided not to repurchase these anymore.

I'm on a GLP-1 and always trying to hit those protein goals. I bought these after researching protein bars with low calories but fewest ingredients, because often these bars are filled with a ton of stuff i would normally never put in my body. I also wanted something that would not be hugely expensive like an RxBar. These turned out to hit all of those requirements so i gave them a try. Surprisingly delicious and filling. I tried a few other of their bars and did not like any of them, but these are great. My kids try to steal them from me all of the time, but i've taken to hiding them. They're chewy without being dry, and the chocolate makes it feel very indulgent. They also help me hit my fiber goals for the day - which is an added bonus.
