Excellent Product. Only issue was that the Gateway need to purchased separately to operate it from Remote. Appreciate in future if they can install the gateway inside the Smart Lock itself.Installation was very easy.

Good sturdy lock but to connect to interNet and tuya app you need additional wifi device , thats a drawback compared to other locks , strong material and good functionality! 4 star just for internet connectivity

Access cards dont work not recommended

Unfortunately i had to return it back because it didn’t fit the size of my door internally, however, highly recommended!! Beautiful steady and so easy to use!!

I bought this locker in July and now it's September. The lock is over heating on the fingerprint sensor, leading to an over consummation of the battery and the sensor is not working anymore. It's burning my finger!I removed the batteries and also did a reset of the lock, but the issue is still here.I am waiting for the replacement of the article from the seller as they say its under 1 year guarantee.I will update my review then

سهل التركيب والبرمجة وغير معقد ولكن توجد مشكلة بسيطة جدا في توصيله مع اليكسا يحتاج الى بوابة واي فاي ولكن البوابة غير فعالة جدا بسبب وجود تأخير اكثر من ١٠ ثواني عند استخدام البوابة اما غير ذلك القفل يعمل بشكل ممتاز عند طريق البرنامج او البطاقة او المفاتيح الاخري اصح فيه بصراحة
