Great for long days in the saddle.

They arrived really quickly! Taste ok, and seem to do the job!! Gentle on the tummy and no horrible side affects. Also batch tested for athletes which many of these gels aren’t!

This is a very interesting product. It's technically a semi-solid energy drink. It contains the same ingredinets for the most part and it has vitamins in it that are usually added for fast attention boosts. It's not as enjoyable and addictive as a can of energy drink, but it delivers similar effects. I would consider this safer, because of this on top of being cheaper too on a one to one basis.

The taste is similar to that of a curry. The smell genuinely makes you gag. I really hope this was just a bad batch.

Lumpy and taste is flat . Tried it twice now and not sure if it makes any difference. 3 stars for price and delivery
