OMG! These are the BEST pistachios I've had in YEARS! GREAT quality and perfectly lightly salted. Already snacked through one bag, working on my second 3-pounder! Get some Today;

This pistachio nuts are excellent to eat as a snack and also a dessert . The taste of nuts good and freshness are excellent not bad for the price . I feel that I might buy it again at the fall season . Or I might buy it at another company and maybe get Amazon brand .

these have the best flavor and range from medium to large size overall (compared to other brands where the nut is small). These are not too salty. Other brands (in black and purple bag) are way too salty and have an off flavor. But Setton Farm brand will not disappoint you. UPDATE December 2014 - just got another bag from Amazon. This bag was super beat up and the nuts broken up....the Best By date was scratched and unreadable. I was concerned because it looked so old.....TO THE CREDIT of Setton Farms....I contacted them about the bag using the batch number (the bar code label had been stamped over with another label I guess from amazon, not sure). They were able to tell me that the nuts were safe to eat and that they had been PROCESSED AUGUST 2013. That's pretty old compared to what is on the shelves at the grocery store. But the Setton Farm rep advised me the Best By date was still good (by two more months) at 02-2015. Seems the shelf life is 18 months. He also told me how to freshen them up.....although I think I should not have to do that. The issue is that Amazon advertises these as new and FRESH.......but this bag was 16 months old.
