It works but slow! You just need to have patience, don't expect results in a month or two
One need to have patience to use this product. Any ayurvedic product shows results in longterm. At least 6 months. I have seen people using a month and then writing negative feedback. Nothing will change in a month or two. This product starts by reducing hunger. I have been using over a month and I can feel my hunger levels came down and started feel a bit light. Will continue to use for couple of more months. Other brands loot on the name of Garcinia Cambogia. This one is very cheap and good quality.

I didn't find any weight loss
Took it for some days and found no difference to either my appetite or weight. I guess there is no substitute for eating less and exercising more.
