Using an old 3rd gen i3 desktop with only 1 4gb ram. Needed to add more ram and was in sear5 for the same memory stick to match my existing ram module. This seller had one piece in stock. Got it delivered in 3 days. Ram installed and works as expected. No issues faced. As soon as I installed it. It showed up in windows. Very happy with this purchase.

Amazon had the best deal and this did not disappoint...My pc is around a year old and it had only 4GB of RAM (same model, bought from a physical store). The primary use is for applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Mudbox, 3ds Max and also for playing games like Skyrim. Soon enough, I started feeling the limitations of 4GB RAM and the PC became rather sluggish. So I decided to buy another stick of RAM and use it in dual channel mode.Opened the package, installed the RAM in the appropriate slot and voila!Specs are now:Intel Core i5 4670Asus Z87-ACorsair Vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 8GB RAM (4GB x 2)Asus R9270X 2GBSeagate 1 TB HDDAfter the seemingly minor upgrade, I noticed a few things:The boot speed is a lot quicker, waiting time is cut down by half.All designing applications had a HUGE performance jump. Everything became instantaneous.As I have yet to test the gaming performance, I can't comment on that.All in all, the Corsair Vengeance 4GB RAM is worth every penny. A solid performer. Just buy it if you want to boost up your system. You won't regret it!

I had already this pair in my PC used 3 years and now upgraded to 16 GB. i used 9.9.9.24 1600MHZ DDR3 corsair not matched pair.Fortunately both RAM came with same batch serial number and same batch RAM ICs. It is as same as matched pair.But my preference is matched pair in every channel you use in PC.They give best performance in simulation, 3D rendering while gaming/editing videos. i use for gaming , simulation , video and photo editing.most important to run MAC OS X on PC efficiently.

This RAM is just awesome. I am using this since 3 years, no complaints.The heatsink is so good, RAM never heat up and the performance is just great. The stock speed is 1333MHz and you can set the profile in BIOS to boost it to 1600MHz with same timing 9-9-9-24. I tried to overclock it with G1.sniper gaming motherboard, it went 2133MHz with 11-11-11-28 timings. Still running great, no issues at all. Go for it!

I have been buying only corsair rams, I bought this for 2400 and they seem very reliable.This would work with processors supporting upto 1333MHz, but it would limit the speed somewhat because the ram is capable of 1600 MHZ.The motherboard should support 1333MHz or 1600mhz or both, and also must be DDR3.I had a little trouble fitting this one in, because there was too much inside of my cabinet. If you have two memory slots, then buy two of these, that way you will get the most speed, If you have 8gb on one and 4gb on another, that won't give you the best of the best performance, but still that's a lot of ram, but I recommend , 4bg-4gb , 8gb - 8gb, combination of rams from the same company and a 64 bit OS would be the best choice for this.
