Super product

Never ever buy this fan. I got a damaged fan first then I had to return it back to get a new one. It had a broken part in the open box. The new one had no visible damage when I opened the package. But 10 days after the return window is closed, the fan started to make a noice. It was a lose nut and I fixed it with some repairs. But again the fan started to make noice because the blade started hiting the enclosure. The motor was heavy and the fitings were not able to hold it in place. This is a very poor quality item. I believe they send some damaged good since it was an online order.

Good fan

The product is average standard. Easy to install, but you should have a 13mm wrench to install the pole to the base. Besides that a small screw driver needed to tighten the fan blade cover belt. The plastic used in the product is not really sturdy. There is a higher chance if break its neck if you tilt the fan while the screws are tighten too much. The buttons are good, easy to adjust and looks durable. The fan cover mesh have multiple scratches, might be happened during packing of the product, which compromises the quality of production. The fan/propeller is not perfectly balanced and we can see it's wobbling near the axis. The tilt and height locking screw heads are round like a water bottle cap such that once it got tight, we can't easily loosen it. The wind flow rate is good and can reach up to 4m. There ain't any heating or noise during prolonged usage. The cover that surrounds the pole in the base is found broken during unbox and I suspect is was already used and returned product.

All good for this budget (2000), my only concern is fan wing is plastics, now noice level.

Good quality product and bang for your buck. Fan range and air speed is really good. It's not that noisy that you'll be disturbed with. Overall a good product if you're planning to buy.
