Great set for water aerobics. I use the dumbbells more than anything else, and they add great resistance for the workout. The swim belt is good quality, but I don't see a huge difference in my workout from the belt. There's nothing wrong with it, so I didn't deduct any stars. I just don't fit it is overly useful for me. But if you specifically want a belt, this is a good one. The training pull buoy is a good quality and works well for upper arm development in the pool. I got mine at the end of the season to save a few dollars, so I only got about 6 weeks of use out of it before it got too cold for water aerobics and swimming. I can't wait for next summer to use the dumbbells and buoy again!

Absolutely love this! I was an avid runner & sprint triathlete with back injuries I have not been able to run on pavement or trails for a long time. I could not believe I could run in water until I tried this. It is a great workout. I love the weights too & I have absolutely no pain running or getting barbell exercises completed. It came clean & packaged well. I love the carrying bag. Makes it easy to be organized & ready to go. Many reviews say the belt slides up. I put it on & adjusted before going into the pool. Once wet it did slide but I just took it off & adjusted it in another 3-4" after wet & I have not had the sliding issues. The only somewhat down side of this is not due to the product but my apartment pool is only 5 feet deep. I am 5'5" & my feet will sometimes hit the bottom of the pool when running. I think in a deep water pool it would be better (like the YMCA or university pools). The other recommendation I would make is although the sheet that has suggestions for barbell exercises is laminated, its not a heavy lamination. So I was reading it & developing a exercise regime poolside & got water on it. The water seeped into the paper & its coming apart so either keep it on a towel or look at a head of time and make a plan. I recommend to anyone with joint or back issues to try. The resistance one gets with the water & weights is really a good work out. I'm 58 y.o. female, 5'5". 155 lbs.

OMG, these weights are amazing! I love the side handle! It helps keep my hands relaxed when holding them and prevents my hands from cramping. I also like the resistance these weights create in the pool. They are solid and lightweight to carry but are a beast in the water! I am very pleased with these weights, and I'm loving the results. Oh, another thing I like is that they don't soak up water and become spongy, so they don't cause puddling or leave a trail of water. I also love that they came with two weights in a set, and for a great price! When I'm done with my workout, I just rinse them off and let them air dry! This is a great set of weights to add to your pool workout equipment! I'm very pleased that I have these!

Good quality, helps a lot during water aerobics workouts. Love that the price is reasonable for everything you get and that it has a mesh tote to keep everything in.

Happy to exercise with this set. I made the mistake of going to the pool without it and noticed such a difference. The dumbbells give my arms a good workout. The belt keeps me moving without realizing how hard I am working. I also love the exercise guide. Great purchase!

Great kit for aqua fitness! The materials are sturdy and of good quality. I love that it comes with a mesh bag and everything fits perfectly inside, and it also includes a back and front exercise guide to get you started on moves to use with all or some of the equipment. Definitely recommend, good value for the money!

I've been using these water weights for over a week now and they are perfect! They provide the perfect amount of resistance and have added another dimension to my water workouts. The straps make them easy to carry. The hand grip has a nice cushion. I've already recommended them to a friend and she has already purchased her set as well! I would definitely purchase these again. These are a great price point and worth the money as I have already noticed my arms feeling stronger.

Very happy with my purchase. I had taken an aquafit class and wanted some dumbbells for my pool at home. These might be a bit larger than those used at the pool but I love them. Used them every day and look just like new.

Being an out of shape, diabetic senior I needed to up my normal aquatic exercises and these add to the effort and resistance required by their larger size, the straps are handy and maybe can be used to hook feet in for different types of exercises. Appear to be well produced
