Can’t believe the quality
I can see these don’t really need any more 5 star reviews, but I can’t believe I got these for $40. I’ve seen the trx at planet fitness and these things are the same thing. Cool colors too if you like that. Other generic brands might be just as good, but for trx knock offs, these things aren’t even a trade off.

Home good product and price
This is very comparable to TRX color of the straps quality of the materials. i have both and you can't tell the difference. It is durable, easy to install, and great value much more affordable than TRX.

Assembly is not easy at first
When I first got this home resistance training kit, I was pretty excited—until I opened the box and saw all the different pieces. I was immediately overwhelmed. There are so many straps and clips that I honestly didn't know where to start. It just felt like too much to figure out at the time. So, I ended up leaving it sitting on the floor for quite a while, untouched.Instead of spending time trying to put it all together, I went back to using my simpler resistance system—the kind that just hooks over the door and is plug-and-play. No manual needed, no guessing, just hang it and go. It was way less intimidating for me when I just wanted to get my workout in without overthinking the setup.That said, after finally giving the kit another look, there are some things I genuinely like about it. One feature that I liked is that you can use only one strap if you want. Some exercises just require one strap, and I didn't like holding onto both. After assembling it correctly, setting it up for subsequent workouts was easy.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. I have enjoyed using this as a way for me to get my squat back after so many years of sitting at a desk.
