I had upset stomach for the first few days but it's probably normal. I am simultaneously eating well and have started gymming. So not sure if the marginal positives is due to goodbug. Fitness enthusiast and founder of Fitter, Jitendra Chouksy, has claimed that there is no established scientific research and proof of good bug doing any good. Hence I ll skip buying it further after using it for more than 6-7 weeks now.

Went with the starter pack first, and then did a 3 month course to correct my gut health, constipation and bowel movements. I could feel results from after about a week of taking it daily. The full course ended about 2 months ago, and my gut health has been great. No constipation, great digestion and regular bowel movements. Any loss of appetite and weight loss witnessed during the course has all come back after the course ended, so I wouldn’t recommend it for weight loss

Regular workout / activity and Diet control is needed for result

The product is very nice. But instead of spending too much on packaging you guys can reduce the cost. So that it will be affordable to everyone. As a brand if we are promoting health we all should think how it will be affordable to everyone.

The only good thing about this product is that it tastes good. There is no impact of reduction in weight what so ever unless one changes it’s diet plan. No point in spending money on this.
