I’ve been using Xtend FREE BCAAs during my workouts, and overall I’m very happy with the experience. I have always been a fan of Xtend BCAA powders! They have been proven time and true to be effective for great muscle recovery and hydration of the body. This one did not fail! It has an amazing taste and it mixes well with any of your beverages. It does not leave that chalky taste that some BCAA powders can leave in a drink. On my non workout days, I will have one serving and on my workout days I will actually double my intake, since I do teach aerobics twice a day. I am highly recommending this one!

Use this when I work out in the gym. I always feel like I need a little something extra and a trainer told me about this and how BCAA work. Been using them for a while and I really like how I feel.
