Really nice compact foam roller. It’s nice and firm so I can really dig into your muscles. The size makes it easy to store in any space. I’m overall very happy with this product. It’s helped my back a lot.

First off let me say, this is not a typical foam roller. It’s actually really firm, which I love! It gets deep into those muscles you’re trying to relieve and still keeps its shape even though the design is hollow. I wish it was a bit longer but other than that, it’s perfect!

I use this every day mostly for my back and it cracks my back easily every time.

The firmness and pain relief this roll offers it’s great, I been using it for months and I’m completely satisfied with the quality and shape retention of the roll.

Completed cracked down the center of the 3rd time I used it. While rolling out my back, the roller caved in and sent my elbows full force towards the ground. I have bruised elbows because of this thing, I kid you not. I am athletic and have used many foam rollers before. This should not have happened, defective product. Don’t waste your money and save your elbows

I've found that I can really dig deeper with these firm foam prongs compared to the traditional round shape. One area this precise, pronged foam roller excels in is along the anterior delt, pec, AC joint, and subclavius... try it by horizontally abducting the desired shoulder to open up your chest as you lay face down with the roller on the front of your shoulder. I weigh 215 pounds and try to push as much weight as possible through the roller when using: the plastic inside feels strong. The purple color is really beautiful, the foam feels smooth and durable, and the structure firm. Not enough to take off a star, but I wish I could have bought one that is 6 inches longer.
