I bought this to put on the outside of an axolotl tank and it worked perfectly. I previously used thermometers but chose this since my thermometer broke and this is much less hassle. It just sticks to the outside of the tank, is not too big and just has to be tapped to read the temperature meaning the display is not on all the time. 👌

Got 2 both work well, accurate

I was very skeptical about how these would read through the glass when most others are put inside the water. However I was very very wrong, infact this is my 2nd purchase for my other tank! I use it in a tropical setup and cichlid tank. Both read perfectly and allow a quick visual. They also look cooler, and more modern. One thing I would have liked is a permenantly 'On' mode but its not ground breaking. Works well and accurate, well built, would reccomend.

Really pleased with this little gadget. If your eyesight is not what it should be then I'd recommend one of these. So simple to use and you can see clearly the reading. Price was responsible and quick delivery.

Ideal, push button easy to read, temperature display clear, small unit, discreat operation sensor. I was using a heat strip previously, which was difficult to read especially during summer.

Nifty little gadget which actually works well

Every fish owner should have one of these. I love that it’s discrete and functional, doesn’t take up a lot of space or ruin the aesthetic of my tanks. Easy to read and is accurate in comparison with my other thermometers, usually if it’s off it only within a degree or two. I’ve had no issues with the battery lasting and they’re such a great price I would have no problem buying another one when this one dies!

These have now been working well. I think the glass interferes and gives a slightly lower temp than what is in the tank. However they are consistent in their readings just add .5-.8+ and wonderfully easy to use

I love it! its super small and its very accurate its definitely a good price, it comes off pretty easily and it sticks on really nicely, I definitely recommend this for a fish tank or marimo tank.

I am very pleased with this product except for 2 issues. This seems extremely accurate and does what it says to do. The display is clear and is fast updating itself on the temperature of the aquarium. It is very responsive and you can’t beat the price of only 6$. The adhesive isn’t strong but it’s enough to keep it and Measure temperatures. This actually ended up to my advantage as I had to return my aquarium and I recycled this thermometer with great ease Second, the power button part of the thermometer seems to stick out a bit from the housing. But it seems to be holding together after a couple months. I’ll use it until it doesn’t work anymore and then I’ll go to the Paizoo brand as it is much better built and is only two dollars more.

I would say I’m totally IMPRESSED!!! We got it today and it looks expensive but isn’t. It’s very easy to both install and operate. Just pull off the white tape to see the adhesive. Apply to the “outer” glass of the aquarium. Ensure the white On/Off button is towards the floor so the display is visible and NOT upside down. It takes a 2032 battery. I checked the accuracy against another tank thermometer. It’s right on! It’s worth the price I spent.
