Be careful it's easy to break

Although the add says you can use a microwave to heat the water the metal grommets that hold the handles on get very hot and melt the plastic washers and scorch the wooden handle. I'm returning mine and may/may not order another. It is lovely... I just ruined this one by following the instructions.

Beautiful product, but the handle loosens constantly. While screwing it back the metal tip of the screwdriver touched the glass and it broke. The glass is thin and delicate. It served great its purpose and was good while it lasted (less than a week).

This is tiny, little tea kettle, but we rarely need more than 16oz of hot water at a time. It seems delicate so we’re extra careful with it. When it arrived, the handle had come unscrewed in transit. I was a little worried about breaking it when I screwed it back on, but it was all good.

Was a gift, she loves it!

The tea pot works great but the wooden knob on the top cracked open due to heat. I don’t believe heat tolerant wood was used to make it.
