ProCook Professional Stainless Steel Frying Pan with Lid Uncoated Induction & Oven Safe Pans Heavy Duty Cooking Pots - 30cm

I'm very happy with this frying pan. It's solidly well-made and comes with a properly fitting transparent glass lid. This 30cm model is fairly big for my stove so I was especially pleased with the heat distribution - sauteed food seems to cook at the same speed whether it's near the middle or the edge, which is exactly as I'd hoped. So far, it's been easy to clean. Just one thing. This doesn't bother me at all but as you'd expect from a big stainless steel pan, it's reasonably heavy. To me, that's an advantage but I guess to some others it might be an issue, so just have a look at the weight and make sure it's ok for you. One of the things I like a lot about this pan is that it has a 'helper handle' opposite the main handle, and neither handle gets hot, as far as I can tell, so that does make picking it up a lot easier! All in all, I'm happy with this.

This is absolute quality, I love this pan only used twice but it's an addition to my procook stainless steel set, the size is perfect for searing large hint pieces and joints, it's heat distribution is even. It's balance and weight is just right. I'm pleased.

Highly recommend this pan, it’s worth the money. Washes well & great size for when batching up. It is heavy compared to what I’m used to but the quality is outstanding. Obviously you do have to keep storing at first before any sauce or liquids go in as it’s not non stick but far better than some cheap non stick pans that stick after a while. Heat distribution is brilliant so definitely recommend.

Great quality but on the heavy side. Requires two hands or strong wrists! But that said does have capacity to be used for larger quantities of food. Would probably have opted for a smaller one in hindsight. Is not non stick which I knew but be prepared for never having a fried egg that doesn't have a broken yolk and looks ugly!

Brilliant piece of cookware. Arrived before time well packaged. The boss is happy 😀. As time goes by I think to myself why a company want a review as soon as the item is out if the box. I now understand, that it is because they can avoid doing anything when there is a problem. This pan was bought on 23 June 2018, and has performed well. However certain items of food now stick to it. I have contacted Pro cook and following dealing with three of their staff I understand the process. Make the customer jump through so many hoops that they give up, which I have done. I provided a photograph of the inside of the pan, along with answering questions. Now they want further photographs of the base of the pan. Enough is enough. Perhaps I should provide photographs of the handle or perhaps even me cooking with it, I could show myself using a wooden utensil or even me wearing a chef's hat. The pan is/was great, but try dealing with the company. Oh, by the way Amazon don't want to know, the order is more than two years old.

BIG HEAVY PAN. Well built, great feel. Large enough to fry 6 large eggs. Cleans up well. Sold well fitting lid. Should last a long time.

It's quite heavy but it's stainless steel and should last a long time. Cheaper coated (Teflon etc) 'gas out' and that pollution is worrying for health. Proper cast iron pans are also recommended.

Nach einer Odisse durch diverse Pfannen (Guss-, Edelstahl-, ja sogar massive Kupferpfannen, ... ) die alle Ihre Nachteile hatten, bin ich bei dieser beschichtete Pfannen gelandet. Sie bleibt absolut plan und der Griff kalt, es spritzt nichts raus und es brennt nichts an und trotzdem wird das Steak schön knusprig beim anbraten! Jetzt muss die Beschichtung nur noch auf Dauer halten und mit z.B. Edelstahllöffelen klar kommen die mal rumkratzen. Mal sehn.

Un bien bel objet de cuisine que cette poêle signée ProCook. Je l’utilise toutes les semaines et elle n’a pas bougé d’un iota, toujours aussi confortable à l’usage, robuste, facile à nettoyer, elle respire la qualité. Je la recommande chaudement !
