HP software rides again!
I was assured by the sales patter that this product would function on my HP Envy 7830 printer. Neither cartridge worked because the HP aura knew they were third party cartridges. I followed all the instructions given by the supplier, but no joy. The only blessing is that I could return them without any problem, and to receive a refund.

When I bought these I thought they were brand new but on opening the box I found they were recycled!
