been using Epever for YEARS now....NO ISSUES...a good alternative to Victron IMO

I trust EPever it's a great product works good no problems easy to set up I have it hooked up to my refrigerator my freezer my washer my entertainment center TV printer modem three power Queen 600 amp hour 2500 w inverter system works great just something to play around with save some money plus I have t he Bluetooth EP ever to monitor my mppt controller from my tablet. I had this system for 3 years keep on adding on Epever runs flawless.

Don't last very long with terrible customer service. I will not be using this brand ever again.

i HAVE THE 40A version. I have 4 LiFePO4 100A batteries, thus, a 48V array, currently reading 53V on the controller. I have a 48V solar array producing an average of 300W and a VOC of 80V. When I connected the solar array, the unit did not recognize it. however, the voltage when measured at the screw terminals of the solar input dropped from 80V to -.4V, as if something was shorting out the solar array. I checked all the connections. I hope I did something stupid, because that can easily be fixed. If the unit is bad (unlikely) that's the worst case since it's out of my control. If you have any insight, do respond please. Meanwhile I do have a support ticket but I have little faith that that will result in a fix.
