My husband hates the heat and our old cooler needed replacing this item works a treat and he is now able to lock himself away in a cold room.

Good air conditioner with both hot and cold functions
This product works well with both hot and cold functions in one single box, suitable to use in cold and hot weather, and with kits to cover the window when placing the air duct. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs such a multi function product

Rubbish as far as I can tell
The noise level on this portable air conditioner is extremely high, making it disruptive to use. The functionality is also disappointing—you can’t adjust the fan speed when using the dehumidifier or heating modes, and sleep and auto modes are only available with cooling. There’s no humidity sensor for dehumidification. The heating mode has a maximum temperature of 25°C, which feels more like a fan than a heater. The air output is too strong and loud in both dehumidifier and heating modes. To top it off, the remote control feels cheap and flimsy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend wasting money on this rubbish.

Nice and cool
Just got this, upgraded from an 8000 to this 12000 keeps our bungalow cool and find it quiter (don't need the tv at full volume).Prompt delivery

Highly recommended
The portable air conditioner in the home works great. My whole family no longer complains about the heat. The cool airflow provides a nice chill. Just make sure to vent the hot air outside through a window. Besides this is a heater + dehumidifier - 3 in 1 machine which space and money saved. Highly recommended to family!

Dehumidifier function is execellent
All my clothes are wet and could not be dry these days in November. Using the tumble dryer would shrink my clothes which would also look torn. I use the machine's dehumidifying function and my clothes quickly dry. It is useful and keep my clothes longer.
