Excellent product and well worth the money
I am totally blind and have used this product for a few days now.. Having put markers on the touchscreen,, it is extremely easy to use… for me, the lock feature is definitely a plus because it means I will not press something by accident until I unlock the machine.. Added to this, any time you change the volume or temperature level a beep sounds so it is very clear. And easy to remember the number of beeps for 100° and the number of beeps to reach 250 or 300 mm of liquid for the volume.. Absolutely brilliant. Added to this, if you don’t turn off the power, the machine remembers the last setting so it is just a question of pressing the unlock key and then the start key, and bingo! after a few seconds, you have a lovely hot cup of tea.. also the water tank is really easy to fill either with a little jug or by taking the tank away and filling from the tap. another excellent feature is that it has a filter within it. So you are assured good quality water.., and did I say that the temperature reaches 100° whereas with many similar products it only reaches 85. yet another extremely useful thing is that when the water runs low the machine emits a couple of beeps, so making you aware of this as well.. All this adds up to an amazing product, I would highly recommend it.. it is streets ahead of other similar products I have had in the past.

Fantastic Water Dispenser
My old kettle stopped working and I wanted something a bit different. So, I decided to get a hot-water dispenser and I chose this Cooks Professional one. And I'm so glad I did! Not only does it look really nice in my kitchen, it's so easy to use - and I'm useless with anything technological/digital - and it makes a lovely cuppa! It's highly recommended from a very happy customer.

Easy to use
Easy to use, once you work out to make the required adjustments to meet your requirements and cup size. Heats water quickly to make a nice hot drink. Great to be able to change temperature of water. Highly recommend this item.

Great little unit
Great replacement to my kettle. Just under a minute from 0 to tea. Unit has a small footprint and looks really nice and neat. Low noise. Not sure about the energy savings but logically i expect it to save me money

Good to start, disappointed with wear and tear
Had it about 10 months now and all the shiny parts are beginning to peel off.

Hotter than other instant water dispensers I’ve tried
I tried this against the BRITA Cube and Waterdrop A2 as I wanted near instant boiling water with some filtering capacity. This was the hottest of the bunch, usually 2-3c above the BRITA and perhaps 6-7c above the A2. However the hottest I got the water was about 96c and hot was holding the cup directly below the nozzle (no big air gap to let the water cool)) into a pre-warmed cup. Like the others this seemed to require a run or two before the optimal temperature was reached so perhaps run some water into the cup to heat it first. Of the three this one had the weakest filtering, with the A2 the obvious winner (although it’s a reverse osmosis system so needs minerals put back into the water) and the BRITA in second place. Of all three the BRITA is the cutest and takes the least space, but the A2 has the water carafe which is a huge bonus. If temperature is your main concern then this is probably the machine for you but I should point out it did see some small splatterings of water drips outside the cup because of the way the water is poured (don’t happen in the BRITA) and it was sometimes weirdly incontinent releasing a small amount of water 3-4 seconds after supposedly finishing (the drip tray should catch that though) One final point - it takes maybe 4-5 seconds sometimes to start releasing the water whereas the BRITA is a bit faster. If you don’t need the extra few degrees c the BRITA might be a better buy.
