I grind at night and recently found this brand as my other brand no longer exists. Im super happy with it and its so nice having 2 large and 2 small sizes great value! Its super soft, very durable and comfortable to sleep in all night. The molding part was so easy as well so i will definitely recommend this to anyone needing a mouth guard for sleep. I also love the case sense i travel alot it's definitely a necessity.

My dentist recommended a mouthguard due to clenching in my sleep. I tried another product and just couldn't get the fit right. This product was easy, simple and fit like a charm. Although I may still clinch at night, it's a great buffer. I'm writing this review because I received a letter in the mail several months later checking in to see if I enjoyed the product. I grind my teeth in my sleep. I paid $900 for a custom yard mouth guard at the orthodontist. Unfortunately, my husband dropped it and broke it. I wasn't too sure about a soft one, but I certainly wasn't going to shell out another $900!The product works well for me. I did the boiling and got a custom fit. Not only does it help with the grinding, but prevents my teeth from getting small cracks when I clench my jaw. No more headachesBONUS POINTS: The seller is great! Too thick of a plastic. Very uncomfortable. Threw them away after putting them in my mouth. I feel like football mouth guards are better than these

Easy to use

I used these night guards for a while and initially found them helpful in reducing jaw tension and teeth grinding at night. The material was decent—not too thick—and they were fairly easy to mold for a comfortable fit. Having four in the pack with two size options was a nice touch, and the hygiene case kept them clean and organized.However, over time, I found myself using them less and less. While they provided some relief early on, they didn’t feel as durable for long-term use, and I noticed they didn’t hold up as well after repeated wear. They started feeling less comfortable after a while, which is why I’ve since stopped using them.If you’re looking for a short-term solution or just need something affordable to try out, these might work. But for more consistent or severe grinding issues, I’d recommend exploring more durable or professionally fitted options.

My dentist recommended that I sleep with a mouth guard as I tend to grind my teeth at night.I like the fact that the package comes with two different size guards.I think these guards work just as well as the expensive custom made guards available through the dentist - maybe even better since they appear to have more cushioning.

My mouth is narrow and even with cutting it down it didn’t fit the best.
