Quality of product is good, I received scratch body of the product. But it's ok. Price is little high compared to other product

I have bought this after making some research but my efforts have gone vain after buying this useless product. The motor get smoke after using after 3-4 times use within 15 days. When I called to customer care executive, he told me to send video and bring it their registered address which is at Kapashera, Delhi and very far from my home. I have no option left put this useless drill machine in the Garbage.

Buildskill drill machine very good and its working good. But drill mechine got ok and bits are missing in box while unboxing.

drill machine is excellent and working smoothly even concereat wall I'm purchasing it for home use and found satisfactory performance. Just one thing made me disappointed that the packaging there is no bubble rapping and not even thermocol use for safety while delivered.
