i needed a portable chair for work. i need to sit at quite a high desk so needed a high chair and found this. other reviews mentioned good build quality and this is certainly the case, i feel this chair will stand up to the rigors of my field of work, being transported and being sat in for long periods of time comfortably. the foot bar is in a good position so your legs arent dangling, the side tray is well thought out and holds my drink plus any other supplies i may need, i must admit i dont use the pocket at the side but thats personal choice and it may come in handy for someone else. the folding mechanism is easy to use, just follow the instructions and dont try to force it. itll become second nature in no time

Love it ! Very comfy, plenty of room on the seat, nice foot rest and fantastic on your knees - no more sitting low down. Handy storage tray and pocket. Nice and easy to carry.

Bought to use for my clients to sit on whilst I do their special occasion makeup. It’s way heavier than my previous folding bar chair (but that one wasn’t very comfortable). Also folds much smaller than my other chair so it’s more compact to travel with. Regarding the folding and unfolding/opening the chair: My first attempt without checking the instructions was surprisingly swift and it seemed really easy. Just locating the bar with red signing. Closing was really easy too. But then when I actually used it and tried to open it at client’s place I did all things wrong. So, it’s definitely very easy to open and close but there is a hack. I think I need to practise it! The seat is extremely wide. So much so that the depth seems unusually shallow but it’s not (at least not compared to my old chair). It can dig into a thigh when leaning forward and having feet hanging but it’s very comfortable to rest the arms and lean back.l when feet are on the support bar. It has a carry strap on side which is handy. It feels very sturdy but it’s much heavier than expected so I am find to take it with me on jobs which are near my parked car but can’t imagine walking with it and other stuff like my makeup and hair kit and lighting too far. Overall pretty happy with it but would prefer all black look. But obviously it’s not marketed as a makeup chair so I can’t complain too much. It is perfect for my purposes and also much cheaper than the prettier but more flimsy makeup chair.

Excellent chair for a mobile makeup artist! It's high enough so you don't have to bend over when applying makeup to your clients (though it's too high for working on clients' hair), very sturdy, and has a little carrier handle to make it easy to move around.

You will NOT be disappointed! It's made well, very strong, the colour great. It's easy for small people to climb onto it. Opens with ease once you get the hang of it and folds down well. For me, it fits into my shopping trolley so it's easy transport. Down side is it's a bit heavy but understandably so and also no carrier bag for transport. I love it and recommend it.

Got this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Very sturdy and easy to decouple. Looks good overall
