I got this bag recently because I needed something a little bit bigger that wasn't SO big that it got weighed down with a bunch of stuff and super heavy. This absolutely fits my needs perfectly. I can have a full-size wallet in it and still have room for keys, phone, sunglasses, lip balm, and other small odds and ends. However, it's not so big that I try to jam snacks, water bottle, or other large items in there so it actually stays organized and easy to find what I really need. I keep both straps on it all the time so I can just use whichever one is most convenient in the moment, which is a really nice option to have. OH, it's really nicely structured too so that it doesn't fall over or collapse on itself when I sit it down.My only complaint is that the inner liner is fairly cheap and plastic-y feeling. The outside looks beautiful and then the inside just feels so cheap. It's not enough to knock a full star off because literally everything else is perfect for me. I do highly recommend this one!

I absolutely love this bag. It's big but not big big.

Product as described. The strap conforms to the shape of my shoulders and is long enough that I can carry with the strap crossed over providing comfort and functionality. This is helpful with my limited mobility. I did not have any flaws on my purse upon arrival. Occasionally, the zipper does catch.

The strap clasps do not open so I had to improvise rather than return the purse. Otherwise the purse is great. I will use it.

I like cross body bags and this one is great! It fits everything and the leather is so soft. I really like the guitar style shoulder strap and the hollow sun detail on the front. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it also. A+
