Tried to call for Technical assistance and nobody responds

I purchased this monitor only to realize that many of the functions are not working. I see that other Feelworld monitors have firmware updates. I contacted Feelworld and they said there is no update for the FW759. This product shouldn't be sold if the company can't offer updates.

How do i direct connect my sony a7 ii to this monitor? standard hdmi to mini hdmi?

The cable provider does not fit my Sony a6300 which cable do I need to connect the monitor to the camera?

There are three different sizes of HDMI connectors. "Standard"/"Normal"/"Full" size, "Mini-HDMI", and "Micro HDMI" Similar to the three different sizes of USB connectors. The input to the Freeworld FW759 is a full-size HDMI connector. It is supplied with a Full-size to MINI-HDMI cable. But your Sony a6300 appears to take a "Micro-HDMI" connector. So you need a Full-size to Micro-HDMI cable. For example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074VM7J5Z/ Note that there are many HDMI to Micro-HDMI cables on Amazon. in a variety of lengths, colors, right-angle connectors, etc. Just be double-sure to get a MICRO-HDMI to HDMI cable.
