Very solid and does the job very wll

I bought this to replace a smaller pestle that broke, and I’m so glad I did. The size of this one makes all the difference — it's easier to handle and lets me grind ingredients to a much finer consistency than my old one. Solid, durable, and works beautifully. Love it!

I dropped my last pestle on my stone floor and it broke. I have owned my set for so many years it really upset me. I was lucky to find this product. It is slightly larger and heavier than my last one but that works out. I now have arthritis in my hands so the larger one is easier to use. The nose is “rough” and that speeds up grinding. All in all I am happy with my purchase and recommend it.
