Ok starter kit
Looks good. Blade looks good. Brass could look better but not bad need a little buffering but finished out well

Update...filed brass to even up then polished to satin. Scales were oak flooring. Like...ok for the price, came sharp enough for a start. Dislike...brass scratched & dinged but that can be buffed. One has uneven bolsters.

Little rough but very manageable
The blades come pretty well ready for handles but do need some refining of the meter on the tang to get a good fit. The brass guard needed a little refinement as well but only to make it smoother, but for the price they are a very good value for anyone that is getting into building knives
