I've suffered asthma my whole life, alongside allergies. After experiencing anaphylaxis November 2019, my immune system shut down from shock, alongside all the medication + steroids they pumped into my body during the Emergency Room stay. My vitamin D plummeted, making both my asthma and allergies worse, and I BECAME IGE allergic to foods I previously never was allergic to- Tuna and Hazelnut. Weekly acupuncture and chinese herbs helped my Heart stabilize the beginning of 2020 but my Vitamin D absorption was non-existent (despite supplementing , and I spend 3-5 hours out door in the sun in a Sunny and hot state, daily), and my allergies + asthma were difficult to manage. Cue searching high and low after having another extreme food allergy moment this Spring- I stumbled across Brian's company. I take Colostrum and Thymus. I take 6 pills of Colostrum and 4 of Thymus, every morning, on an empty stomach. I'm now on my second bottle of each, and it's been a night and day difference! NO MORE WHEEZING. No more coughing and feeling like I'm choking on air. NO MORE HUGE BREAKOUTS of Hives. And for anyone skeptical?! I just had my entire allergy panel testing, and Vitamin D levels checked again- my allergies to Tuna and Hazelnut has IMPROVED. My vitamin D has gone up from 18 to 34! I go back in 8 weeks for re-testing yet again and am confident that both, my allergies will improve, alongside my Vitamin D levels continuing to rise. ****Quote**** MY IGE Blood testing to foods has IMPROVED. I take zero pharmaceutical medication (which prevents the body from healing, and sets you back big time on healing the gut lining which is crucial for food allergies). For those who say they experienced no difference- I'd be curious to know how if you actually took the full dose, and gave it a full 60 days. You see, the first 4 weeks, I had a total immune response, I was MORE exhausted, I had a little extra brain fog. I felt a new level of tired that I never experience. Around week 5, that dramatically shifted. Now on bottle two? I wake up at 5 am and I take zero naps. I work multiple jobs and spend hours outside with hay - which is my worst allergy of anything. I only get 1-2 hives on my wrists when I feed the horses, and no wheezing or breathing issues. I am a FIRM believer of these supplements. The body takes TIME to heal, you guys. You won't experience miracles in a few weeks or a few months- it took decades to deteriorate your immune system with anti-histamines and pharmacy drugs, it's going to take years to reverse the damage- and it is possible to reverse!! How consistent you are, and how long you follow a genuine protocol is everything. I will stay on these supplements for 2-3 years, and I have full faith I will no longer be allergic to anything in a few years time because I will never damage my system with anti-histamines again, and I will stay diligent on using these supplements alongside monthly acupuncture to help my immune system tune up. Again, I don't know anything that can literally decrease your IGE blood allergy to a food- yet this HAS, and only with a couple months use. I am so excited to keep experiencing sslllllooowwww, but steady, incline in my health. If you care about your health at all- Try it consistently for 60 days before you knock it. Yes, that means two bottles, not just one. I promise you won't be disappointed. If you quit after one month, you have No right to give a review, because you didn't even give your body a full chance to have a healing crisis, and receive the healing that these provide. I am incredibly grateful. I will say the healing crisis stage took a while for me, and I did have days I wondered and questioned- since my energy completely sank and I was totally exhausted and tired like never before. However, once I moved thru that phase, I gained energy I've never had before, and huge improvements in my blood work. Again- I take zero pharmacy/anti-histamines. The proof is in the pudding.

As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. And for someone who has been eating a VERY strictly clean and moderated diet for 20 years (a greater part of that I was vegetarian because of my digestive response to meats), the options that conventional medicine have to offer, simply suggest that managing stress is the only "holistic" approach left I can take that doesn't include surgeries and synthetic hormones. And that was most definitely not an acceptable answer to myself so I have spent years exploring by trial and error…this eventually led me to Ancestral Supplements and the sincerely incredible human Brian, the owner, who simply put, has saved my LIFE! Here’s my journey back to a life worth living: My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore. Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. After digging and digging, and finding a lot of great reviews of Ancestral Supplements, I was intrigued to keep digging into all of the various options - the most extensive when it comes to desiccated organ supplements. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal. Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. And while all of these benefits have been overwhelming encouraging to me, it is perhaps my hair that gets the most comments…over the last several months, my hair has been obscenely shiny. Just finished my first bottle and within two days my itching was severe again. I can now miss just a day and I will notice I am itching, I dont think anything of it but realize yes, I am not taking my thymus. I hate the price, but this is the only thing that has ever worked for my itching and skin. It is so severe its like a dog with allergies, I itch myself on anything near me and even have to have my fiancé constantly itching my back and where I cannot reach, when I am taking my 6 a day I notice I dont itch hardly (When combined with tallow for my fat vitamins). My itching is better, my redness is less, and skin is so much happier, its not a cure all but it helps with my rashes and inflammation in my skin (no doctor has figured out yet what it is.) I notice better sleep because I am not itching around the clock. I would not be able to sleep before because of my itching, I am not talking about like restless legs, I am talking about itching so bad it burns and is painful. I love that my dog wants to gobble up my supplements that lets me know that they're real and have the good stuff not just fillers. I do not notice an improvement with gut health but I probable dont even realize it because my immune system is a little stronger with them because my allergies and inflammation conditions are calmed down which 90% or what comes from our gut health. I will continue to take these as long as the price doesn't go over 100$. I hope ancestral can keep it low, their quality is great, and demand hopefully will keep it low I dont know. I just pray it does for those of us that this is the only thing that helps our immune system. OH and the customer service is AMAZING (Through ancestral site) I order on here because I am not ready to switch to slower shipping yet.

Ok, so reporting after few weeks taking the supplements. AMAZING!!!! The histamine issues have almost dessapeared, it is really incredible. I am also sleeping much better and having more energy and mood is stable. I am eating without fear :) such a relief _/\_

I ordered this supplement in the hope that it would help histamine issues. However I took one tablet and started wheezing within an hour, I have had pain in my stomach and overnight my eyes are swollen. I am so upset at is was really expensive for me and I had such high hopes. I use beef liver and kidney and these have I would like to update this review as I have spoken to Brian who could not be more helpful, I have never had advice or care from any other company. I am going to try again in a very small dose and build up. I have a very sensitive system so this could be my issue

I bought this product to help with histamine issues and while it didn't directly help with that initially, I was fortunate to receive personal guidance from the company owner Brian. He very kindly offered for me to try the beef organs instead, so I started slowly with those and was able to work up to the full daily dose after increasing every week. They helped me feel more nutritionally balanced and I intend to continue and then add the Thymus again next season. I am so pleased and grateful that Brian took the time and generosity in meeting my requirements, and especially for his guidance and wisdom on lifestyle, thank you.
