Although we were a bit skeptical we bought this based upon all of the positive Amazon reviews. Although it's too early to know how it will hold up long term, our initial perception on the quality and aesthetics of this faucet is that it is a high quality faucet that rivals name brand products costing 4-5 times more. It looks beautiful, feels solid, and the water pressure is improved vs the American Standard it replaced. My wife loves it! The color change on water temperature does work but for us that's more of a gimmick rather than a needed feature. The install instructions are a little lacking, which is why I docked a star on "Easy To Install". In fairness it is easy to install if you know basic plumbing. It took me less than an hour to remove the existing single hole faucet and install this faucet in a granite countertop. The advice from prior reviewers to pre-install the braided water hoses onto to faucet taking note from the instruction drawing which is HOT and COLD before dropping in the faucet was a must for our install. Also, the accessories section of the instructions refer to an O-Ring, Rubber washer, Nut, and Screw Cap. However there is also a metal washer that's not listed but included and is depicted in a later illustration. I'll summarize the sequence below for anyone who'd like a little extra guidance, but to sum up we are really happy with this purchase and if it would have had a name brand on it we would have not thought twice about it costing a lot more. You may find the following install info useful. I'm going to use the part names and (numbers) provided in the instructions: 1. Insert the black O-Ring (2) into the groove on the bottom of the Faucet (1) 2. Hand tighten the HOT and Cold Hoses (6) onto the Faucet (1). Do your twisting/threading of each hose as close to the faucet base as possible. Note: the illustration in Step 4 of the instructions indicates which hole the HOT and COLD should be threaded to. 3. Drop the hoses through and thread the brass Nut (4) onto the Faucet base (1) The shorter thread section is towards the faucet. Hand tighten. 4. Carefully drop the faucet into place through the opening in your countertop or sink hole taking care to have the O-ring on the bottom of the faucet sit so that it is centered over the hole. I'd recommend you have someone else to hold the faucet in place at this point until the install is finished so it doesn't shift. 5. From underneath the sink first slip the clear Rubber Washer (3), followed by the brass Washer (no part #) onto the threaded brass Nut (4) and then screw on the Screw Cap (5) taking care not to over tighten it. Tighten the two set screws on the Screw Cap (5) but don't over tighten. Attach the braided hoses to your HOT and Cold water supply lines.

While researching my new kitchen faucet, I wasn’t sure I would be happy with the quality or functionality of this one. I have had mine now for almost TWO YEARS. It has performed perfectly! The quality is excellent and I am someone who is exceedingly discerning when it comes to this. Recently, my teenage son, who tends to be a bull in an antique shop, somehow managed to dislodge the piece that holds the sprayer portion down when needed. I wasn’t sure what to do to fix this, so I contacted the company to see what I could do to fix it. I cannot say enough good about how they handled this. It is SO rare to have customer service this excellent. They were extremely prompt in responding to my issue and they kept it so simple! No hassle whatsoever! They asked for my address and replaced the part lightening fast! They were utterly courteous, respectful, communicative and are representative of the quality of the product itself. 10/10 recommend this brand and this faucet. The replacement part came very quickly and was a 10 second installation for me (They sent a brand new sprayer! So it was just unscrewing one and putting in the new one!) It is up and running perfectly again! Great value, great quality, long lasting, and also aesthetically, very striking. Friends and family have complimented it over the past couple of years. I love the look of it as well! The temperature indicator light is not only cool looking, it helps my kids and I stay safe from touching water that is too hot. If you are questioning whether or not to buy one, stop questioning and get it, you will be so glad you did!

This is a great faucet. It is lovely and adds a level of class and elegance to my kitchen. I have gotten many compliments on it since we installed it. The copper accents really make the design features stand out. The installation was really easy but be sure you get the gasket right-side up. If you have it upside down it will not seat properly to the sink. It has really good pressure. I noticed that the sprayer will drip when turned off if we leave the spigot know side open so i always make sure to have that knob turned off. I like the dual function of the two-sided faucet/sprayer design. The sprayer holder does make the sprayer head hang a bit low so I always take it out and move the handle out of the way to bring that height up when using it for dishes, etc. The LET light feature works great and is "fun." Overall, we love this faucet from the sturdy, German design to its function and aesthetics. I have and do recommend it.

The faucet is a classy upgrade from my old one! The black matches the granite tile in my kitchen and it has excellent water pressure. I can fill the dog’s big water bowl with the faucet and push all the food into the garbage disposal with the spray. Overall, this was a smart purchase and the price was right!

Finally got this installed and my wife loves it. There is plenty of water pressure. The controls are easy and intuitive to use. The led senses heat level and moves through cold (blue) to green (warm) to hot (red not flashing) to red flashing, which is burn you hot. The install was easy and it impressed a plumber. Build is solid as are the controls. Great value for the money. The unit functions well, feels well built, and the weight of the material aids in its functionality. I would buy this again.

This was easy to install and has many great features that I didn't realized I needed. It matches great with my copper sink, water flow is great, both spigot s move independently from one another. Very sturdy unit and light that comes on for main spigot to gauge temperature also acts as a nice little night ligh if you walk into a dark kitchen. Light will be Blue to indicate cold /cool. Green for tepid red for warm / hot. Flashing red for really HOT. However you can not go by these lights 100%. Always be cautious because sometimes it will show blue and white and it will be very warm The size is great for a deep sink but if you have a apron sink you nee f to make sure you place faucet closer towards you.

I love the way this faucet works, looks great, I especially appreciate the 2 options for use, with the stationary option adjustable on the spray strength. However the light that indicates the temperature of the water stopped working after a few months. I love the faucet anyway, but it was a cool feature that no longer works.
