I got this for a friend and this was her report on it It is good for 1 complete charge. I tried charging my cell again without charging the bank and it was completely drained. So yes it is good for 1 complete charge. My cell phone was on 38% and I left it on all night. I would try it during the day when I can see how long it takes to charge to make your cell phone 100% again. The size is nice. If you go out all day, for example if you went out on a fishing trip all day and did many videos and used you cell a lot then it would be easy to take the charger bank with you. I would like to use it little more times to see about how fast it takes to charge the bank too. I think it would be helpful if the bank would have a way to tell how full it is, or when it needs to be charged again. The plug is somewhat difficult to learn how to press in back neatly. I would also like a good way to store the small cord that is used for charging the bank. I would like it to be stored with the bank so it wouldnt be lost or forgotten on the plug-in source. Many people forget their cell phone chargers in motels or friends houses when they spend the night.
