Great Item to use to hang 3/8" althread.
I used these screws to anchor and hang althread from wood structure.

These are great but watch out for the vibrations.
I bought these to suspend my AC unit in my crawl space. The Sammy's work great but I could hear and feel when the AC unit was running. I added some vibration dampening units in and everything's perfect now.
