Gentle on your stomach and with the live Akkermansia muciniphilia live probiotics it is gentle on your stomach and dissolves easily as well as no bad taste. You can take it on an empty stomach and mixes with any water or food. It is a great value and aids in feeling great with energy level and appetite.

I’m not sure how to feel about these supplements. It’s going on 30 days. There’s absolutely no change in the way I feel nor look. So we will see.

2 weeks and I am Happy with this product. I see less bloating and a curve in appetite.

While I find this ro be a good probiotic, it had no craving reduction, or weight control or loss.

I'm writing this as I laugh. I've found this product to be highly overrated and the description to be greatly exaggerated. I've had absolutely zero difference thus far in my life using this product. I feel it has jumped on the latest weight-loss bandwagon to trick folks into a false sense of an affordable solution. This is NOT a viable option. In the end, you get what you pay for. I can't afford actual GLP-1s due to cost & my insurance won't cover it. I truly hoped this would be an alternative for the price point. I was terribly mistaken. It is not returnable. Please seek weight loss help elsewhere. It is highly likely this product will not work for you either.

I have been taking these Appitite Control probiotics for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't changed what I eat but I feel full on less food. I like that you only have to take one a day and they are not to big so easy to swallow. I was taking a different brand previously and it was working too but the price was more for fewer pills. These pills contain the crucial ingredients to be effective. 1. Akkermansia muciniphila 2. Clostridium butyricum 3. Bifidobacterium infantis. Also these contain a PRE-Biotic, chicory inulin to give these probiotics something to eat so they can multiply in your gut. This is a high quality product. It works and it is very well priced compared to many others. There is no taste or smell to these capsules and as I said I take one a day. I noticed about 2-3 days after I started to take them regularly (without forgetting) that I was not craving sweets as much as I normally do but even if I did have something like ice cream or cookies I didn't NEED to go back for a second bowl or have a third or fourth cookie! I was OKAY with Stopping after ONE serving, instead of eating until I made myself feel bloated. This has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has given me my dignity back. I truly recommend this product.
