The best thing about this item is that it holds TWO cups of tea or coffee, or whatever is your preference. It will keep the contents hot/ cold or however you like for hours. It is the best flask I have ever had.

The product is excellent and it keeps the hot drink and cold drinks temperature fixed as it is indicated on the product label. I gave it two stars as the Contigo Byron the 710ml (this volume in not found in Saudi Arabia) was shipped from amazon USA in a paper envelope to Saudi Arabia, I received it with two dents , note the product is made from hard metal.
